Q1:Evaporative coolers are less expensive than air conditioners, but which is better? 

A1: Both have advantages and disadvantages. Evaporative cooler is cheaper and energy saving, but needs a constant supply of fresh air to operate efficiently. 

Q2: How often should I change the water? 

A2: We recommend you completely drain your evaporative cooler once a week, and refill it with fresh water. This will help to prevent unpleasant odours. 

Q3: Can I put ice into the water tank? 

A3: Yes, we have ice box , you can put the box into the refrigerator, when ice up, you can put it into the water tank, cooling efficiency is more obvious and quicker. 

Q4: What is the delivery time for sample or bulk order? 

A4: Sample order: 5 working days after received the payment and confirm the order. 

Bulk order: Normally 30 working days after receiving the deposit and confirm all the artwork. But in Jan to June, our peak season, lead time is about 40-45 working days.
