2. What’s the scale of your factory?

Our factory occupies a total area of 40 thousand square meters with over 300 workers and 15 professional engineering technicians.

3. What are your main products?

The ceiling fans are our main products, which includes industrial ceiling fans and decorative ceiling fans, and we also manufacture table fans, stand fans etc.

4. How many certificates your factory has?

Our factory has ISO, GS, CE, CB,EMC,SAA,UL etc.

5. Have your products got the patents?

Yes. Our DC Motor and the reverse choose on the remote controller have got the Chinese Invention Patent.

6. Can I choose the type of motor?

Yes. The fans can be made up with AC motor or DC motor. AC motor fans is much common and cheaper, and DC motor is our hot sold products, which is more low-temperature, energy-saving, eco-friendly and durable.

7. What is brushless DC motor?

Compared with the traditional AC motor, BLDC is more energy-efficient and cost-efficient. Because this motor uses dual ball bearing and permanent magnet, which can run smoothly with less friction, it can be more durable. BLDC motor can be used in different voltages of 12V and 100V-250V, and its applicability is much stronger than the AC motor. As to the 12v DC motor, it can also be charged by solar energy system.

8. Can I change the size of blade?

The common sizes of our fans are 36/48/52/56/60/70/84/108 inches. But we can also make the different sizes per your exact requirements.

9. Can you make the fans with lights or without lights?

Yes. Our fans normally are equipped with LED lights.

Yes. But before production, you need to sign a letter authorization for us.

The MOQ is 300pcs, but the low quantity for trial order is also welcomed. Two or three items can be mixed in 1*40HQ.

13. Can I buy some samples before the orders? Is the sample fee refundable?

Yes. Sample fee and shipment fee should be paid in advance, and sample fee is refundable if your mass production order quantity is up to our MOQ.

14. How long is the Production Lead Time?

60 days after sample approval and receiving 30% deposit.

15. What’s your payment term?

T/T before shipment. 30% deposit should be paid before production and the rest 70% of payment should be paid before delivery.

16.  What is your trade terms?

If your order is lower than MOQ, our quotation usually is based on EXW. If your order is equal or larger than MOQ, our quotation usually is based on FOB-JIANGMEN. If you want to change to CNF or CIF, please feel free to tell us in your inquiry, and then we will check as soon as possible. 

17. What kinds of services you will provide to us?

The quality of our motor can be assured over 10 years and the electronic control plate is warranted for one full year from the date of purchase which products are not being damaged by any man-made factors.
