This kettle can be do mat finished or mirror finished surface whether with or without spray, if do painting, many colors can be choosed by you, some colors those very popular for your reference.

Part one: About our kettle

Quality Control:

l        The first people on the production line will check the kettle body, if have serious scratches, he will select it and put it on the defective area, then return back to supplier.

l        Silk printing: silk print one by one and check it if OK then put the silk on the high temperature to make it fixed to the kettle more indelibly.

l        Function test position: once the kettle finished assemble, we will arrange test kettle if can function well by boiling water one by one. Only those function well can run to next position.

l        Power consumption test, Hit-pot test and Ground test: all the function well kettle will do the hit-pot test and Ground test, and then check if the power consumption can consistent  with the rating lable.

l        Clean: wear gloves and wipe out the dirty inside and outside, the dirty can’t be removed will be selected out and place it in the defective area.

l        Outlook check and assemble check: before packed in to PE bag and giftbox, we have arranged a QC to check the outlook to avoid the dirty one and bad assemble one packed into the giftbox and run into the market.

l        Regularly check: Line QC will select a lot of samples on the line or in the packed carton box and take to inspection room to do the full check, to find if any defectives in the samples. If any, to calculate the defective rate to see if in the AQL and if can accept. If not, should inform the engineer to find the way to solve it.

Sample policy: free sample s can be available within 5-7 days, but freight should be on receiver’s account.

Payment term: TT 30% deposit, balance against BL copy or LC at sight. We will arrange prepare materials after receive the deposit or LC, and can arrange inspection within 20days after confirmed all the artworks.

3. What controller your kettle used?

A: Both otter or Chinese controller those get GS, SAA,ETL,CE approval. Generally we use Chinese JIATAI price and good quality control for it. But if OTTER required, we can use it with upcost USD2.2.

5. Have the kettle been with CB, CE certs?

A: Yes, all our kettle in market are with GS, CE, CB, SAA,ETL,REACH,ROHS, LFGB  approval.

7. How long for your delivery date?

A: 30-40 days. Generally, we can finish the order within 30 days after we receive the deposit and confirmed the all artwork.

8. Can we ask for samples for test? And send the sample to our overseas  office?

A: Of course we can provide free sample for test, but with freight collected. We can deduct the freight once the order confirmed
9. If Chinese controller can sell to European country without patent issue?
A: Yes, of course, some of customer in Germany,Italy,Belgiumcan accept for the Chinese controller.
