How to use:

1. Before handing the beaters, check to be sure the mixer is unplugged from the electrical outlet and the speed selector is in the 0 position. Insert the beaters by grasping the top of the mixer with one hand and the beater stem with the other hand ensure the beater openings are closest to you i.e facing you insert the beaters one at a time with a slight twisting action until they snap into place. Dough Hooks-Inser the dough hook by grasping the top of mixer with one hand and the stem of the dough hook with the other hand, ensure the beater openings are closest to you I.e Facing you. INSERT THE DOUGH HOOK WITH COLLAR INTO THE LEFT SIDE OPENING, rotating slightly until it locks into place. Repeat attach the other dough hook.

2. plug the cord inti a standard electrical outlet.

3. place ingredients into the bowl.

4. Select the soeed setting that matchs your mixing task.

5. After you have finished mixing, turn the soeed control to the 0 position and unplug the electrical cord.

6. rasing the mixer head and press down on beater ejector button to eject the beaters of dough hooks.

7. Scrape excess batter off the beaters using a rubber or plastic spatula strike beaters on the rim of the bowl.
