The specifications apply to all small-appliance buyers of HotOEM.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). By using the HotOEM.com service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other agreements (“THE AGREEMENTS”) of HotOEM.com as well as the following terms with regards to your inquiry and procurement requirements. Concerning inquiry and procurement requirements, unless otherwise stated or defined in the specifications, all terms or nouns involved herein shall be subject to the definitions as agreed in the Terms of Use.

Rules for Release

1. Please pay special attention to the following conditions when filling out inquiry and procurement requirements information:

a) Title

The title should contain complete and clear product names, and must match the content description.

The title is prohibited from containing any banned products and other illegal terms.

The title is prohibited from containing any form of contact information like phone, email, Skype and so on.

b) Inquiry information and product needs

Please fill out in detail the information about the required product, ensure true and complete information, and add tables and captions so that suppliers can quote accurately.

To protect your privacy, please do not fill out any form of your contact information like phone, email, Skype, etc. in this entry.

c) Target markets

Please fill out your target markets truthfully to help suppliers understand your needs exactly.

d) Product category

Please choose a category consistent with the actual product and avoid a wrong choice.

e) Order quantity

Please fill out order quantity and quantity unit truthfully. If there are phased procurement differences like monthly order quantity, annual order quantity and the like, you may supplement in the inquiry information. It is not allowed to exaggerate order quantity.

f) Delivery time and effective time

Please fill out delivery time and effective time truthfully.

g) Certification requirements

Please fill out certification requirements truthfully.

2. Your inquiry and procurement requirements should be specific and clear. You should not post any inquiry and procurement requirements irrelevant to the HotOEM.com service.

3. You shall not post any materials that are untrue, inaccurate, unlawful, invalid, or in violation of the Release Specifications of Inquiry and Procurement Requirements of HotOEM.com.

4. To avoid causing any confusion, you should not post repeated inquiry and procurement requirements for more than three times.

5. You undertake that you shall not publish any information or conduct any act whatsoever that infringe the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any intellectual property rights, rights of publicity, rights of personality, rights of privacy, and any other rights of third parties not specifically identified in this clause.

6. You shall not submit any information or materials unlawful in any relevant country or jurisdiction or in breach of any website rules adopted by HotOEM.com.  In addition, you shall not submit any material that may not be restricted or prohibited by law but are nonetheless controversial, including but not limited to:

● Information that encourage illegal activities;

● Items that are racially, religiously or ethnically derogatory, or that promote hatred, violence, racial or religious intolerance;

● Giveaways, lotteries, raffles, or contests;

● Stocks, bonds, investment interest and other securities;

● Pornographic materials/items that are sexual in nature.

7. In the event that you have violated any of the terms stated above, HotOEM.com shall have the right to take any enforcement actions reasonably necessary. Examples of such enforcement actions include but not limited to deleting your posted inquiry and procurement requirements, restricting your rights to post inquiry and procurement requirements, issuing warnings to you, or terminating your membership agreement with HotOEM.com, and etc.

8. Since the system will automatically extract contact information, if the contact and contact details are not for this procurement, please replace with the correct information to ensure that buyers can accurately contact an appropriate person in charge of procurement for negotiations.

9. System generated emails will be sent to you to facilitate notifications of procurement requirements status and quotation updates pursuant to your request under the HotOEM.com service.  If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you may click on the link below the mail to enter the mail cancellation interface and then carry out relevant operations according to the prompt.

10. You acknowledge and agree that HotOEM.com may provide your contact information, including but not limited to your contact name, email address, telephone, mobile phone and fax, to suppliers for them to contact you for further business opportunities. 

11. You acknowledge and agree that HotOEM.com may use your membership information, including but not limited to your company profile, profile pictures, transaction history, contact person information, and etc, to market and promote the HotOEM.com Website (URL:  http://www.HotOEM.com) and also to support and operate the various programs and services of HotOEM.com offered to members from time to time.    

Complaints and Reports

1. Any buyer who violates the specifications may lodge a complaint if dissatisfied with the handling decision made by the platform, and then the platform will review based on the evidence provided by the buyer. If the complaint is successful, the platform will reply to the inquiry or needs status, and remove records of violation and related penalties.

2. If you find other buyers of the platform have violated the specifications, please contact us to report in time.

Supplementary Provisions

1. The right to interpret the specifications shall belong to the HotOEM.com platform.

2. The HotOEM.com platform is entitled to revise the specifications from time to time and make them public, and the revised terms shall take effect from the date of publication or the specified date of notification.
